Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account with ttji, depositing funds, placing bets, or otherwise using any service provided by the Platform, you explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all other policies referenced herein or posted on the ttji website. This agreement is effective immediately upon your first use of ttji services and remains in effect for as long as you maintain an account or use the Platform.

ttji reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to the website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of ttji services following any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you disagree with any changes, you must cease using ttji immediately and may request closure of your account.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all aspects of your relationship with ttji, including but not limited to account registration, deposits, withdrawals, gameplay, bonuses, promotions, and customer support interactions. They supersede any prior agreements, understandings, or representations, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.

Eligibility and Account Registration

Age and Legal Requirements

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to create an account with ttji or use any gaming services provided by the Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. ttji reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.

You must be physically located within a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal at the time of account registration and during all gaming activities. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of ttji complies with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations. ttji does not accept players from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or restricted.

Account Creation

You may create only one (1) account per person. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts registered using false information are strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances. Each account must be registered in the User's own legal name with accurate personal information including full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number.

You agree to provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly when changes occur. ttji reserves the right to verify the information provided and to request supporting documentation including government-issued identification, proof of address, and payment method verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and all account credentials. You agree not to share your login information with any third party. You must immediately notify ttji of any unauthorized access to your account or any other breach of security. ttji will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorized by you. ttji recommends using strong passwords, enabling two-factor authentication where available, and logging out of your account when using shared or public devices.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits

You may deposit funds into your ttji account using the payment methods made available by the Platform, which currently include GCash, Maya/PayMaya, InstaPay, PesoNet, and other approved Philippine banking channels. All deposits must be made from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and return of funds to the original source.

ttji reserves the right to set minimum and maximum deposit limits, which may vary by payment method. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider. ttji does not charge fees for deposits, though your financial institution may impose transaction fees.

You acknowledge and agree that all funds deposited into your ttji account are intended solely for gaming purposes. ttji is not a financial institution and does not provide banking services. Your ttji account is not a bank account and does not accrue interest.

Withdrawals

You may request withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to verification requirements and any wagering conditions attached to bonuses. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for deposit unless otherwise agreed by ttji. In cases where the original deposit method is unavailable for withdrawals, ttji may require you to use an alternative approved method.

Before processing withdrawals, ttji reserves the right to conduct identity verification, anti-money laundering checks, and review of gaming activity. You agree to provide all requested documentation promptly. First-time withdrawal requests typically require submission of government-issued photo identification, proof of address dated within the last three months, and verification of payment methods used.

Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method but typically range from 2 to 6 hours for e-wallet withdrawals and 1 to 3 business days for bank transfers. ttji reserves the right to impose minimum withdrawal amounts and maximum withdrawal limits per transaction, per day, per week, or per month. Large withdrawal amounts may require additional verification and may be processed in installments at ttji's discretion.

Anti-Money Laundering

ttji maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) policies and procedures in compliance with Philippine law and international standards. You agree that you will not use ttji for money laundering purposes or to transfer proceeds of criminal activity. ttji reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities and to freeze accounts pending investigation.

As part of our AML compliance, ttji may require that deposited funds be wagered at least one (1) time before withdrawal is permitted. This requirement prevents the Platform from being used as a payment processing service. Wagering requirements may vary depending on the nature of the deposit and other factors.

Gaming Rules and Conduct

General Gaming Rules

All bets placed on ttji are governed by the specific rules applicable to each game type, which are available within the game interface or upon request from customer support. You agree to familiarize yourself with the rules of any game before wagering. Game rules form an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and are binding upon you.

Once a bet is placed and accepted by the ttji system, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed except in cases of obvious system error or as otherwise specifically provided in game rules. All bet results are final and binding. ttji's determination of game outcomes is conclusive, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding settled bets except in cases of proven technical malfunction.

Maximum bet limits apply to all games and may vary by game type, user account status, and other factors. ttji reserves the right to void bets that exceed applicable limits or that are otherwise placed in violation of these Terms & Conditions. In cases where winnings result from bets placed in violation of maximum bet rules, ttji reserves the right to void such winnings and deduct them from your account balance.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations;
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including use of stolen payment methods, identity theft, or provision of false information;
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain unfair advantage;
• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or other tools to access or interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the Platform or games for personal gain;
• Abusing bonuses through any means including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, betting on opposing outcomes, or low-risk betting strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements;
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise derive source code from any software used by ttji;
• Interfering with or disrupting the Platform, servers, or networks connected to ttji;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ttji staff or other users;
• Using the Platform to advertise or promote competing gaming services or products.

Any User found engaging in prohibited activities will have their account immediately suspended or terminated. ttji reserves the right to void bets, withhold winnings, confiscate account balances, and report illegal activity to appropriate authorities. Furthermore, ttji may share information about fraudulent users with other gaming operators and industry databases to prevent future abuse.

Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or technical issue that affects gameplay or bet outcomes, ttji reserves the right to void all affected bets and refund stakes. You acknowledge that game malfunctions void all bets and pays. If a malfunction occurs after a bet is placed but before the outcome is determined, the bet will be voided and your stake returned.

ttji employs sophisticated monitoring systems to detect anomalies, malfunctions, and technical errors. In cases where a malfunction results in overpayment of winnings, ttji reserves the right to deduct the excess amount from your account balance. Conversely, if a malfunction results in underpayment, ttji will credit the shortfall to your account once the error is identified and verified.

Bonuses and Promotions

ttji offers various bonuses, promotions, and rewards to users from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be clearly communicated when the offer is presented. Bonus terms form part of these Terms & Conditions and must be complied with in full.

Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the amount that must be wagered before bonus funds convert to withdrawable cash. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must wager thirty times the bonus amount before withdrawal is permitted. Games contribute differently toward wagering requirements, with slots typically contributing 100% while table games may contribute less or be excluded entirely.

ttji reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold winnings, and close accounts of users who abuse promotional offers. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, using low-risk betting strategies solely to meet wagering requirements, betting on opposing outcomes across multiple accounts, or otherwise attempting to exploit bonuses without genuine gaming risk.

Bonuses may be subject to expiration periods, maximum win caps, and eligibility restrictions. Unless explicitly stated as "no deposit required," bonuses typically require a qualifying deposit. All bonus terms will be clearly stated in the promotional offer, and it is your responsibility to read and understand these terms before accepting any bonus. Once accepted, you agree to be bound by all applicable bonus terms.

ttji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. In cases where a promotion is cancelled, users who have already accepted the promotion will be permitted to complete wagering requirements under the original terms, unless the promotion was cancelled due to error or fraud.

Responsible Gaming

You may set deposit limits to restrict the amount you can deposit over daily, weekly, or monthly periods. Once set, deposit limits take effect immediately. The ttji name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of ttji or its affiliates. You may not use such marks without prior written permission. Other names, logos, products, and service names are trademarks of their respective owners.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the ttji website solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This license does not include any right to download (other than page caching), modify, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any content, software, products, or services obtained from the website.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ttji shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if ttji has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ttji does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected. The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

In no event shall ttji's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount deposited into your account during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ttji and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms & Conditions, or your violation of any rights of any third party.

Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of or relating to your use of ttji shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Philippine arbitration law. The arbitration shall be conducted in English in Metro Manila, Philippines, before a single arbitrator appointed in accordance with Philippine arbitration rules.

Notwithstanding the foregoing arbitration provision, ttji may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent infringement of intellectual property rights or to enforce provisions relating to prohibited activities.

You agree that any arbitration or legal proceeding shall be conducted on an individual basis only and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

Account Closure and Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support and requesting account closure. Upon closure, you must withdraw your remaining balance. ttji may charge an administrative fee for accounts closed within 30 days of registration.

ttji reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms & Conditions, suspicion of fraudulent activity, failure to provide requested verification documents, or inactive accounts with zero balance for extended periods.

Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms & Conditions will immediately cease. ttji will refund any remaining balance in your account after deducting any amounts owed to ttji, subject to applicable verification and anti-money laundering procedures.

Provisions of these Terms & Conditions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to provisions relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution.

Miscellaneous Provisions

Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms applicable to specific services, constitute the entire agreement between you and ttji regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, whether electronic, oral, or written, between you and ttji.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its intent.

Waiver

No waiver by ttji of any term or condition in these Terms & Conditions shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition. ttji's failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms & Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

Assignment

These Terms & Conditions are personal to you and may not be assigned or transferred by you without ttji's prior written consent. ttji may assign or transfer these Terms & Conditions or any rights or obligations hereunder without restriction.

Force Majeure

ttji shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, governmental actions, internet service failures, power outages, or natural disasters.
